Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping on Dress Orders:
Shipping will take up to 2-4 business days within the continental US. You can see the estimated shipping dates on each product page.
You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, we are unable to change your delivery address. Kache' Gems is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Shipping Responsibility:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued
In-Stock Dress Orders: We don’t carry a large inventory. We have a limited inventory of dresses on hand. These dresses ship out within 48 business hours and take up 2-4 business days for delivery.
Accessories and Shoe Orders:
Accessories and Shoe orders include jewelry and shoes. Most of these items are in-stock and will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping time takes an additional 2-4 business days. If the product is not in-stock, the product page will indicate that.
Return & Exchange Policy
